Vitreous Enamel Flue Pipe

Since 2015 We have supplied a strong, British made, vitreous enamelled flue, in 5" and 4" diameters, called Pennine Premier One

This can be purchased directly from the manufacurers, Pennine Systems in Lancashire while we are on sabattical.

Pennine Systems can be contacted:

by email: sales@penninesystems.co.uk

or on 0161 6782998

This comes in one metre, half metre and quarter metre lengths. (1000, 500 and 250mm).

The flue sections fit together exceptionally well. The joined lengths are fairly rigid, and can be used over two to three lengths without brackets.

45 degree Bend

A pair of 45 degree elbows is useful for taking a flue off to the side, and is recommended over using 90 degree elbows as it will not impede the draw so much.

SFL Nova Twinwall Flue

This high quality class 1 twinwall flue, manufactured in Barnstaple, Devon, will give a better draw than vitreous and has a lower external temperature.

This is available from Rangemoors, in Winkleigh, Devon, who also supply vitreous flue (not Pennine Premier One, however).

They can be contacted by:

email: info@flueandchimney.co.uk

telephone: 01837 680068

Recommended where the flue is passing though the roof  and in situations where the external flue temperature is a concern or a greater draw is required, this is available in 100mm (4") and 130mm(5") sizes.

You will need an adapter from single wall flue or from the stove, and a cowl (hat) on top.

Usually start with a section of single wall flue, and start the insulated flue at least 200mm from the ceiling; this is ideal for passing through the roof.

Available in various lengths, elbows and Ts. A very good product, we have tried supplying cheaper twinwall sysrtems in the past but have found this to be the very best available. Locking bands are included.

The Outer diameter of 4" Twinwall is 6" or 150mm

The outer diameter of 5" Twinwall is 7" or 180mm.

Hat (Cowl)

You will need to have a Rain Hat as a termination on the twinwall flue system.

A lot more streamlined than the hat on our previous twinwall systems; far more appropriate for the roof of a van etc than many other twinwall flue systems.
